Whether in front of or behind the camera, storytelling has always been my greatest passion. 

After years of writing and acting in plays, I first stepped onto set to act at the age of 14. I was completely in awe of the unfamiliar, bustling world around me, and knew from that moment I wanted to tell stories through film. 

I studied screen acting at the New York Film Academy before going to Lee University, where I earned my B.A. in Cinema Studies. My chosen focus was Screenwriting/ Directing and culminated in my thesis short film Nine Months to November, which was recognized in festivals across the US and Europe for merit in acting, directing, and indie spirit. Also during University, I was able to spend 6 months interning at NASA’s Johnson Space Center as a Video Producer and Technical Writer, an experience that completely transformed the way I approach filmmaking. Since then, I have continued to work in the world of film as a writer and co-producer at various production companies across the US.  

Originally from Chattanooga, TN, I now reside in Wellington, New Zealand, where I hope to continue creating a space for the films we most need to see come to life, stories that bring us all a little more belonging and hope.
